CHEF MICHELA
I was a Landscape Architect, teaching at the University of Florence, when in 2008 following a sudden and unexpected occasion, I left my career to follow my life long passions: sailing and cooking. In 10 years on yachts I have sailed more than 80000 sea miles around the world, visiting some of the most remote and spectacular places in the world, and accommodating the most diverse guest and crew.
Since 2018 I quit yachting and I am based in Palma de Mallorca. On yachts I have developed a wide repertoire and a very flexible attitude, alongside a keen attitude towards high quality standards. I have a genuine passion for creating through my cuisine the right experience for each person and situation Era arquitecto paisajista, enseñando en la Universidad de Florencia, cuando en 2008, tras una ocasión repentina e inesperada, dejé mi carrera para seguir las pasiones de mi vida: navegar y cocinar. En 10 años en yates, he navegado más de 80000 millas marinas alrededor del mundo, visitando algunos de los lugares más remotos y espectaculares del mundo y acomodando a los huéspedes y tripulantes más diversos. Desde 2018 dejé de navegar y vivo en Palma de Mallorca. En los yates he desarrollado un amplio repertorio y una actitud muy flexible, junto con una especial atencion hacia los altos estándares de calidad. Tengo una verdadera pasión por crear a través de mi cocina la experiencia adecuada para cada persona y situación. |
